The apartment has 1 double bedroom plus sofa bed (ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults plus child)plus baby cot, bath and shower, kitchen area with fridge, washing machine microwave and hob. Colour TV, radio and cd player. It is located in the beautiful Calvados area of Normandy just 3 1/2 hours from Calais or 30 minutes from Caen. Balcony overlooking marina and sea. Four minutes walk from miles of sandy beaches and twenty minutes walk from the Edwardian town of Cabourg, with many fine restaurants and bars. Towns of Honfluer, Trouville, Deauville, Bayeaux all within easy reach.

We have just returned from your apartment in Dives. I know it is difficult to take pictures that show it as it really is, but I think the apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is in a wonderful position with wonderful views of the sea and the marina. It was just right for our needs and the bonus of some really friendly neighbours with whom we struck up a short of friendship with our limited French and their limited English. We have just returned from a wonderful week in your apartment. We took our bikes and cycled into Deauville one day and to the Pegasus Bridge another day. The weather was so good we just poodled around visiting the markets in Dives and Cabourg (wonderful) and generally relaxing. We did not do half the things we planned and will definitely have to return next year. Your apartment is lovely and in a beautiful position and we left it as spick and span as it was when we arrived.
